Social Media and Community Manager

Job Description
- Grow and manage social media channels (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) by producing and publishing localized content to increase followers, engagement and reach.
- Monitor channel performance, analyze metrics and generate regular performance reports.
- Build and maintain a strong game community across official channels by moderating discussions, responding to comments and organizing events.
- Actively gather user feedback and provide actionable insights for operations.

Manage and foster engagement in close community groups.
- Proficiency in both Urdu and English, with the ability to translate content effectively between the two languages.
- Demonstrated success in managing and growing social media platforms, preferably within the gaming industry.
- Strong knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- A creative and proactive mindset, with a strong passion for gaming, especially shooting games.
