Job Summary:
We are seeking a kind, caring, and creative Social Media & Content Coordinator who is passionate about sharing stories, engaging communities, and making a difference through impactful content. The ideal candidate will be a social media expert who thrives in storytelling and community building and has a strong grasp of both organic and paid social strategies. This role involves content creation, particularly education blogs, based on interviews with internal experts.

Education and Experience Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for organizations, preferably in healthcare, nonprofit, or service-based industries.
- Strong portfolio showcasing growth, engagement, and content creation skills.
- Excellent writing, interviewing, and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in Canva, HubSpot (or similar tools), and social media analytics/reporting tools.
- Basic video editing skills and eye for visual storytelling.
- Experience with paid social campaigns and ad performance tracking.
- Ability to manage multiple content calendars and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Warm, friendly, and professional communication style.
- A heart for serving others and a passion for sharing stories that matter.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with government programs or healthcare-related content creation.
- Knowledge of EEOICPA or willingness and ability to learn.
- SEO knowledge and basic understanding of content marketing strategies.
- Previous experience working with AI tools to support interview or content workflows.
