Social Media and Content Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media and Content Specialist to join Paraayan.com, a leading provider of religious products such as Agarbatti, Dhoopbatti, and Chandan. The ideal candidate will have a creative mindset and a passion for digital marketing, with experience in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and driving online engagement.

Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. Create engaging content (posts, stories, videos, etc.) tailored to each platform. Schedule posts and monitor social media performance using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or native platform analytics. Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and manage online communities. Stay updated with social media trends, platform changes, and best practices.

Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content for blogs, website landing pages, and product descriptions focused on our range of religious products. Collaborate with the design team to produce visual content such as images, graphics, and short videos. Ensure that all content is consistent in tone, style, and brand messaging. Optimize content for SEO to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic.

Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to increase reach and engagement. Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Brand Building: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between social media strategies and overall brand objectives. Develop content strategies to build brand awareness, increase customer loyalty, and drive online sales.

Requirements: - 2 to 3 years of experience in social media management and content creation. - Proven experience in managing social media accounts for a brand or business. - Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content. - Proficiency in using social media management tools and basic graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark). - Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and social media analytics. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - A passion for religious and cultural products is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. - Experience in e-commerce or the religious product industry will be an advantage.
