With substantial growth within the company and an exciting lineup of current and future projects, we are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced and progressive Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.

The Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating, developing, managing, and implementing the company’s social media and digital marketing platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate high quality written and visual content for social media and websites. Build social media presence.
  • Develop and manage site content, style and layout and ensure consistent brand message across all channels.
  • Develop, create, and manage engaging and professional content and social media campaigns for stakeholders that align with our brand strategy, promote user engagement and drive achievement goals.
  • Build and develop brand awareness.
  • Stay up to date with developments, research social media trends and analyze company strategies to identify strategic weaknesses and propose recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage content distribution online channels and social media to increase web traffic.
  • Use web metrics and your knowledge of digital technology to maximize search rankings, optimize content, and analyze user engagement.
  • Travel to job sites is required.
  • Manage and develop all printed advertisements to include branded clothing, flyers, and billboards.
  • Manage all digital company photos.
  • Trend research: Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, platform changes, and competitor activity to inform content strategy.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of social media and content management experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge and hands on experience with WordPress, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Experience working with, developing, creating, executing and fully implementing a strategic marketing plan.
  • Proven ability to build social media communities and develop the right voice for each social media platform.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and web traffic metrics.
  • Experience with technologies and best practices for web design, web production, and creative design across multiple platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage and fully implement multiple projects.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
