Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media and Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about digital marketing, social media management, and brand development. The successful candidate will support the execution of marketing strategies, manage social media platforms, and create engaging content to enhance our brand presence across digital channels. Duties

  • Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer.
  • Create compelling visual content utilizing Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to support branding and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage social listening to monitor brand reputation and industry trends, engaging with followers and responding to inquiries promptly.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve organic reach and search engine rankings.
  • Design graphics and videos for social media posts, advertisements, and website content, including basic video editing.
  • Manage Facebook Advertising campaigns and analyze their performance using Google Analytics and web analytics tools.
  • Assist in public relations efforts by drafting press releases, managing relationships with media outlets, and coordinating promotional events.
  • Support e-commerce initiatives by creating product descriptions, managing online listings, and tracking campaign effectiveness through web analytics.
  • Proofread all marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment before publication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding across all channels and campaigns.

Experience

  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, keyword research, and web analytics platforms.
  • Experience with Facebook Advertising or other paid social media campaigns is preferred.
  • Strong graphic design skills with an eye for visual storytelling.
  • Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail for proofreading content.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
