Social Media and Marketing Coordinator

Job Description:We’re looking for a Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to join the Tracemark team. You’ll help us bring client brands to life through social content, assist with CRM follow-ups, and help keep campaigns moving. Ideal for someone who’s creative, organized, and wants to grow with a company that’s going places.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and post to Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms using tools like Meta Planner or GHL

• Organize and upload content (videos, photos, graphics)

• Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) — CapCut, Premiere Pro, or any software you prefer

• Assist with CRM tasks — tagging leads, updating pipelines, cleaning contact lists, etc.

• Help coordinate shoots or content days (optional, bonus if you can film)

• Engage with followers or assist in responding to leads (via social media or CRM)

• Keep campaigns and tasks organized using project management tools

• Stay on top of trends in content, reels, and ads

Bonus Skills (Not Required but a Huge Plus):

• Comfortable filming with a smartphone or camera

• Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)

• Copywriting or caption writing

• Familiar with Go High Level or Zapier

Experience working in or with marketing agencies

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $500.00 - $625.00 per week

Expected hours: 30 per week
