Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Executive who is skilled in content creation, professional photography, and videography. The candidate must be able to work with professional cameras (DSLR/Mirrorless), create high-quality videos, and edit content for daily posting.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Content Creation & Production

• Shoot high-quality photos and videos using professional cameras (Canon, Sony, Nikon, etc.).
• Create reels, product videos, lifestyle videos, and promotional content.
• Set up lighting, background, and product arrangements for shoots.
• Edit content using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or Photoshop.
• Create engaging, trendy, and aesthetic social media content.

2. Social Media Management

• Plan, schedule, and post daily content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook).
• Manage comments, messages, and customer interactions.
• Track performance of posts and adjust content strategy.

3. Creative Direction

• Develop new ideas for videos and campaigns.
• Suggest creative concepts for product shoots.
• Work closely with marketing team for monthly calendars.

4. Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor engagement, views, and reach.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Study competitor content for improvement.

Requirements & Skills: Technical Skills

• Must know how to use professional cameras (DSLR/Mirrorless).
• Must know manual settings: ISO, shutter speed, aperture, white balance.
• Experience with lighting equipment, studio setup, and audio recording.
• Strong editing skills for both photo & video.

General Skills

• Creative mindset and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of trending content and social media algorithms.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
