Pinch A Penny Pools is a growing local pool service company focused on delivering reliable, high-quality pool cleaning and maintenance. We are looking for a motivated, creative Social Media & Marketing Specialist who knows how to turn social media activity into real leads and sales.
Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and manage content for:
- Facebook
- Instagram
- TikTok
- Develop and execute local market marketing strategies to increase:
- Leads
- Booked services
- Brand visibility
- Plan and post engaging content including:
- Before/after pool cleanings
- Short-form videos (Reels/TikTok)
- Promotions and seasonal campaigns
- Customer reviews and testimonials
- Use SMS/text marketing platforms to:
- Create campaigns
- Send promotions and reminders
- Increase customer engagement and repeat business
- Track and analyze performance (reach, engagement, leads, conversions)
- Stay on top of social media trends and suggest outside-the-box ideas
- Collaborate with the owner to align marketing with business goals
Requirements
- Proven experience growing sales or leads through social media marketing
- Strong understanding of:
- Facebook, Instagram & TikTok algorithms
- Local service-based marketing strategies
- Experience with SMS/text marketing platforms
- Ability to create compelling captions and short-form video content
- Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently
- Creative thinker who brings new ideas proactively
- Reliable, organized, and results-oriented
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing home services (pool, lawn, HVAC, cleaning, etc.)
- Basic graphic or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
- Familiarity with Facebook Ads or boosted posts
