Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Duties
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create engaging multimedia content including graphics, videos, and photography.
- Manage social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback.
- Conduct keyword research and SEO best practices to improve content visibility on search engines.
- Oversee Facebook Advertising campaigns to target specific audiences effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
- Engage in relationship management by interacting with followers, influencers, and partners to foster community growth.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, tone consistency, and grammatical precision before publication.
Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator or other graphic programs) for graphic design and visual content creation.
- Knowledge of social media platforms’ algorithms and best practices for social media marketing.
- Knowledge of Orthodontic or Dental terminology and office operations preferred
- Understanding of SEO techniques, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to create compelling content including videos, photography, and infographics.
- Familiarity with Facebook Advertising campaigns.
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in branding consistency.
- Strong relationship management skills for engaging with audiences and partners effectively. Strong outgoing personality.
- Knowledge of public relations principles to support brand reputation initiatives.
