POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Coordinator at Wyman Plumbing & Mechanical is responsible for keeping our brand visible, consistent, and growing within the community. This role manages day-to-day marketing execution across social media, reviews, email/SMS campaigns, print materials, and community involvement. They are ensuring our messaging reflects our culture, core values, positive energy and level of service.
This position works closely with leadership, dispatch, CSRs, field technicians, and external marketing partners to ensure promotions, offers, and messaging align with company goals, seasonal demand, and the customer experience. The Marketing Coordinator helps build trust, strengthen our reputation, and keep Wyman Plumbing & Mechanical top-of-mind in the markets we serve.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand & Community Presence
- Monitor and professionally respond to customer reviews on Google, Facebook, Yelp, and BBB
- Engage with comments, messages, and community interactions across social platforms
- Ensure all public responses reflect company values, tone, and professionalism
- Keep the Wyman Plumbing & Mechanical name visible and positively represented within the community
Social Media & Content Creation
- Manage and post content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, NextDoor, Google Business, and other active platforms
- Create reels, short-form videos, before-and-after posts, project highlights, team spotlights, and customer testimonials
- Capture photo and video content from job sites, technicians, and team activities
- Coordinate with field technicians to gather on-site footage and real-world service content
- Build and maintain a structured content library to support ongoing posting and campaigns
- Ensure all content stays on-brand, culturally aligned, and consistent with company standards
Marketing Campaigns & Promotions
- Design and produce marketing materials including social ads, print ads, flyers, brochures, and digital content
- Maintain consistent use of logos, fonts, colors, and brand assets
- Create and coordinate promotional items (shirts, stickers, pens, giveaways, etc.)
- Plan and support seasonal offers, promotions, and retention campaigns
- Design and create warranty and maintenance package materials for customers
CRM, Email & SMS Marketing
- Manage and optimize CRM and marketing platforms (e.g., ServiceTitan, Mailchimp, SMS tools)
- Create and design email and SMS campaigns to support promotions, retention, and customer education
- Build and maintain automation workflows to support customer engagement and follow-ups
- Track KPIs related to engagement, retention, churn, and campaign performance
Agency & Partner Coordination
- Work closely with SEO partners to support visibility and local search performance
- Coordinate with paid ad agencies to align offers, landing pages, and seasonal messaging
- Monitor campaign performance and flag concerns, inconsistencies, or opportunities for improvement
- Ensure marketing efforts align with current company goals, staffing capacity, and revenue targets
Community & Event Marketing
- Participate in and coordinate community involvement including networking events, charity drives, local booths, contests, and giveaways
- Assist with planning and execution of events that strengthen brand presence and local relationships
Internal Alignment & Reporting
- Work cross-functionally with dispatch, CSRs, and field teams to ensure promotions and messaging match what customers are being told
- Maintain marketing trackers, content calendars, and reporting dashboards
- Pull and organize performance metrics and provide regular insights to leadership
COMPETENCIES
- Strong familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and short-form content formats
- Ability to turn everyday jobsite activity into engaging digital content
- Creative mindset balanced with structured execution and follow through
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Comfortable working independently while coordinating with multiple stakeholders
- Confident communicating with technicians in the field and leadership
- Brand-focused mindset with attention to tone, consistency, and detail
- Basic understanding of performance metrics, KPIs, and campaign tracking
- Professional, reliable, pro-active and brand-conscious
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Prior experience managing social media and/or marketing content required
- Experience in home services, trades, or service-based businesses preferred
- Familiarity with CRM, email marketing, and basic marketing / design tools is a plus
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to travel locally to job sites using a personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
- Ability to stand, walk, and safely navigate active job sites
- Ability to work on a computer and mobile device for extended periods
- Must be able to lift up to 25lbs occasionally
