Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Duties
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Create engaging content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and photography that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Utilize tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite for scheduling, publishing, and monitoring social media content.
- Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activity.
- Perform keyword research and SEO optimization to improve content discoverability and search engine rankings.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital platforms to increase reach and engagement.
- Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to assess campaign performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate with public relations efforts to enhance brand image through media outreach and relationship management.
- Oversee branding initiatives ensuring consistency across all digital channels.
- Collaborate with e-commerce teams to integrate marketing campaigns that support online sales efforts.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in social media marketing, digital marketing tools, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and video editing.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, keyword research, and web analytics tools.
- Experience with Facebook Advertising campaigns and other paid digital advertising platforms.
- Excellent content creation skills including photography and video editing.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and relationship management strategies.
- Ability to analyze data insights to inform marketing decisions effectively.
- Exceptional proofreading skills with attention to detail.

Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour
