Social Media and Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to help grow our brand and our clients brands online. This role focuses on creating and posting content, managing social media accounts, and supporting marketing efforts across digital platforms. You will play a key role in telling our story, engaging our audience, and building brand awareness. This is a paid position with room to grow and make a real impact.

Responsibilities

• Create, shoot, edit, and post content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social platforms
• Plan and schedule social media posts to maintain a consistent and engaging presence
• Capture photo and video content on-site or in the field for marketing and social use
• Monitor comments, messages, and brand mentions and respond in a timely manner
• Manage and support paid social media ads, especially on Facebook and Instagram
• Track performance using social media insights and Google Analytics
• Assist with marketing content such as blogs, email newsletters, and website updates
• Work with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging
• Stay up to date on social media trends and content ideas

Experience & Skills

• Experience managing Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook for a brand or business
• Comfortable shooting photo and video content using a phone or camera
• Basic graphic design or content editing skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools)
• Experience using scheduling tools like Hootsuite or Buffer is a plus
• Understanding of social media ads and audience targeting
• Familiarity with analytics, engagement metrics, and SEO basics
• Strong attention to detail and ability to write clear, engaging captions
• Organized, creative, and able to work independently
