We’re Hiring: Part-Time Social Media, Marketing & Website Coordinator

Aspire Wellness Clinic is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and values-aligned Part-Time Social Media, Marketing & Website Coordinator to support our online presence and help us thoughtfully communicate our mission of healing, resilience, and mental wellness.
This role is ideal for someone who understands ethical mental health marketing and is comfortable managing both social platforms and website updates.
Responsibilities:
- Create, schedule, and manage social media content (Reels, posts, captions, stories)
- Write mental-health-informed, ethical, and engaging content
- Support marketing campaigns for services, workshops, and community outreach
- Maintain consistent brand voice and visuals across platforms
- Manage and update the clinic website (service pages, clinician bios, blogs, announcements)
- Coordinate basic SEO updates (keywords, page descriptions, content optimization)
- Track engagement, website traffic, and basic analytics
- Collaborate with clinicians to translate therapeutic concepts into accessible content
Qualifications:
- Experience in social media management, marketing, and/or website content management
- Strong writing skills with sensitivity to mental health topics
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and short-form video content
- Experience with website platforms (WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, or similar)
- Understanding of ethical standards in mental health marketing (HIPAA awareness a plus)
- Organized, self-directed, and creative
- Background in marketing, communications, psychology, or related field preferred
