<Responsibilities>
- Develop and execute dynamic social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, wechat, and TikTok to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create visually appealing graphics, videos, and multimedia content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to support marketing campaigns.
- Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activities for continuous improvement.
- Oversee Advertising campaigns to target specific audiences effectively while tracking ROI for ongoing optimization.
- Support e-commerce initiatives by creating engaging product content, managing online promotions, and enhancing user experience through compelling visuals.
- Proofread all content meticulously to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with branding standards before publication.
- Facilitates in scheduling appointment and answering messages from clients.
<Qualifications>
- Experience in social media marketing, digital marketing and content creation.
- Must be bilingual in Chinese and English, in speaking and writing.
- Experience with video editing and photography to produce high-quality multimedia content.
- Strong understanding of branding strategies, public relations practices, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze data insights from social listening tools to refine marketing tactics effectively.
- Excellent proofreading skills combined with a keen eye for detail to maintain content quality standards.
