We are a growing pediatric therapy organization with two clinic locations in Marlton and Galloway, NJ, specializing in innovative, brain-based pediatric therapy. Our mission is to educate, inspire, and connect with families while driving meaningful engagement and growth through intentional marketing.

We are seeking a Social Media Content & Marketing Specialist who is creative, strategic, organized, confident on camera, and proactive in finding growth opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on-site, collaborating in person with a team, and taking ownership of social media, website updates, and community-based marketing initiatives.

Role Overview

This is a fully in-office position requiring on-site presence at both clinic locations. You will travel between Marlton and Galloway for filming, planning, collaboration, content execution, website updates, and event-related marketing.

You will manage end-to-end digital marketing, including social media strategy, filming and editing Reels, copywriting, engagement, lead generation, Wix website updates, and identifying new marketing events and opportunities.

Your focus will be on real, measurable growth — increasing brand awareness, driving the right families into the clinics, generating qualified leads, and supporting long-term clinic expansion.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Strategy

  • Film and create video content at both clinic locations (Reels, short-form video, Stories, educational & promotional content)
  • Develop custom content topics, hook questions, CTAs, and campaigns aligned with clinic services and target demographics
  • Create approximately 5 curated posts per week, plus Stories promoting posts
  • Create engaging content that drives traffic to our website, email list, and booking platforms
  • Collaborate closely with our team for full ideation, planning, and execution

Copywriting & Social Media SEO

  • Write all captions and copy using social media SEO, keyword optimization, and platform-specific best practices
  • Stay current with ever-changing algorithms (weekly to monthly) and adjust strategy accordingly
  • Conduct weekly research on trends, internal hashtags, keywords, and organic growth strategies
  • Optimize content to support Google search visibility and organic reach (no paid ads unless requested)

Engagement & Lead Generation

  • Set up and manage DM automations to convert engagement into leads (e.g., “DM the word MORE to connect with our team”)
  • Perform weekly engagement on posts to nurture leads and support conversions
  • Participate in Facebook Groups provided by the company and tag the clinic page for increased exposure
  • Collaborate with the internal team on engagement strategy and scale efforts as approved

Marketing Systems & Reporting

  • Maintain and update a custom one-link platform (Linktree or similar) weekly with current offers, resources, and links
  • Support lead flow from social platforms into bookings and sales
  • Provide a detailed report every six months covering goals, analytics, progress, and next steps

Branding & Design Support

  • Support marketing and branding alignment across all social platforms
  • Resize and repurpose graphics for flyers, marketing materials, and promotional collateral
  • Assist with rebranding efforts through content updates and graphic design
  • Help generate testimonial-based content using team members, clients (as permitted), and partners

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media content creation and marketing strategy
  • Strong video filming and editing skills (mobile and/or professional equipment)
  • Excellent copywriting skills with an understanding of SEO and social media algorithms
  • Comfortable working in-office and collaborating face-to-face with a team
  • Highly organized, creative, and proactive
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel between Marlton and Galloway
  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, education, or pediatric-focused brands is a plus
