<Responsibilities>

- Create captivating multimedia content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Manage social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback for timely responses and insights.
- Utilize social media management applications such as Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for maximum reach.
- Conduct keyword research and SEO best practices to enhance content discoverability on search engines and social platforms.
- Collaborate with public relations teams to craft press releases, manage media relationships, and coordinate branding efforts.
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads and other platforms to boost campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Track web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign success, refine strategies, and report on key performance indicators.
- Engage with online communities through relationship management techniques to foster loyalty and brand advocacy.
- Coordinate photography sessions and video editing projects to produce high-quality visual content aligned with branding standards.
<Qualifications>
- Proven experience in social media marketing, digital marketing or related fields with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva Pro for graphic design; experience with video editing is a plus.
