Social Media and Marketing Coordinator

Car Quest Finance Center is a fast-growing pre-owned automotive dealership in Prince George’s County looking to expand our digital presence and dominate our local market. We are seeking a skilled and creative Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist who understands paid advertising, SEO, and performance marketing.

This is not just a content posting role — we are looking for someone who can generate measurable leads, improve online visibility, and drive traffic to our showroom and credit application.

Position Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist will manage social media platforms, paid advertising campaigns, SEO efforts, and content creation. The ideal candidate understands how to combine paid ads, organic reach, and search engine optimization to generate consistent dealership traffic.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Advertising & Lead Generation

  • Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads Manager campaigns
  • Create and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Local)
  • Monitor ad performance, cost per lead, and ROI
  • Implement retargeting and lead conversion strategies

SEO & Website Optimization

  • Assist with on-page SEO optimization
  • Improve Google search rankings for local dealership keywords
  • Optimize website content and landing pages
  • Manage Google Business Profile visibility and optimization
  • Research keywords and implement content strategies

Content Creation & Branding

  • Create engaging posts for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Design promotional flyers and graphics using Canva
  • Edit videos using CapCut (or similar software)
  • Develop vehicle highlight videos and promotional campaigns
  • Coordinate video/photo content (record in-house or collaborate with a videographer)
  • Maintain consistent brand presence across all platforms

Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and execute monthly marketing plans
  • Increase local online visibility and engagement
  • Help drive traffic to website and credit application
  • Track and report marketing results

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing Meta Ads Manager
  • Experience running Google Ads campaigns
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and local search optimization
  • Skilled in CapCut (or similar video editing software)
  • Proficient in Canva or similar design platforms
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms
  • Automotive marketing experience preferred
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze and adjust campaigns
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.74 - $27.38 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 30 per week
