Social Media and Marketing Coordinator

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. This role is perfect for a creative, detail-oriented individual passionate about crafting compelling content, engaging audiences, and driving brand growth through innovative marketing strategies. As a key player in our marketing team, you will develop and execute social media campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and foster meaningful relationships with our online community, our REALTOR community, and Industry Partners. - Such as: Title Companies, Realtor Trade Associations, and Real Estate Brokerages. IN PERSON engagement with our Industry Partners and prospects is required. This is not a position where the employee will only work from home or remotely.

The in person events and engagements will range from 1-2 times per week. In person events are located in the following Areas: DC Metro, Baltimore Metro, and Northern Virginia. Maryland Counties include- Prince George's, Montgomery, Frederick.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage engaging social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • IN PERSON RESPONSIBILITIES. Position will require employee to attend business networking events within the DC, MD, Northern Virginia area, 2-4 times per month.
  • Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to ensure visual consistency and brand identity.
  • Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activity; analyze data using Google Analytics and web analytics to refine marketing strategies.
  • Manage social media scheduling and publishing through platforms like Hootsuite and Buffer to maintain a consistent online presence for revenue generators and executives within the organization.
  • Collaborate with internal & external teams on initiatives, support networking efforts in person, to enhance brand reputation.
  • Engage with followers by responding promptly to comments and messages; foster positive relationships that strengthen community loyalty.
  • Position will require attending social networking events, within the Real Estate and Lending communities.

Experience

  • Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and optimization of each.
  • Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook or other platforms; ability to analyze data for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail; ability to craft clear, engaging content tailored for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects effectively. Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
