Social Media and Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Create compelling content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and photography that align with branding guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
• Manage daily social media postings using tools like Meta business suite and Highlevel to ensure consistent messaging and timely updates.
• Monitor social listening channels to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback, providing insights for ongoing campaigns.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Photoshop and Illustrator to produce high-quality visual content that enhances storytelling efforts.
• Create and execute email campaigns to our contact lists.
• Coordinate with public relations teams to manage brand reputation and develop strategic partnerships through relationship management initiatives.
• Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and other platforms to maximize reach within target demographics.
• Support e-commerce initiatives by creating engaging product visuals and promotional content that drive online sales.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite, Canva for content creation. Experience with AI content creation software is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with social media management tools for scheduling and analytics tracking.
• Strong photography and video editing skills to produce engaging multimedia content.
• Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail to ensure all content aligns with branding standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to travel, some of our content will require travel to games that are in other states.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
