Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for digital marketing, content creation, and social media management, with a strong ability to develop engaging campaigns that resonate with our community. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing initiatives designed to strengthen our connection with current patients and attract new families.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and others to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Create compelling content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that reflect the clinic’s friendly and professional image.
- Manage social listening tools to monitor online conversations about the practice and respond promptly to inquiries or feedback.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite applications like Photoshop and Illustrator for designing promotional materials aligned with branding guidelines.
- Coordinate social media advertising campaigns using Facebook Advertising and other digital marketing tools to target specific audiences effectively.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Web analytics platforms to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies.
- Maintain consistent branding across all channels while fostering positive relationships with community partners through public relations efforts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles within healthcare or service industries.
- Proficiency in content creation tools including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software.
- Strong knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization), keyword research, web analytics, and Google Analytics for tracking online performance.
- Familiarity with social listening platforms like Buffer or Hootsuite for managing multiple accounts efficiently.
- Ability to design engaging graphics and visuals that align with branding standards while demonstrating creativity through photography or graphic design skills.
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook or other social media platforms using Facebook Advertising tools.
- Excellent proofreading skills coupled with attention to detail to ensure accuracy across all communications.
- Strong relationship management skills to engage with community partners, patients’ families, and internal teams effectively.
