- Manage social media scheduling and publishing through applications like Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent content delivery.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies.
- Coordinate with public relations teams to craft press releases, manage media relationships, and enhance overall brand reputation.
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize reach and engagement while managing budgets effectively.
- Collaborate with e-commerce teams to develop digital marketing initiatives that drive online sales and customer engagement.
- Proofread all content meticulously to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with branding standards before publication.
- Support relationship management efforts by engaging with followers, responding to inquiries promptly, and fostering community growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite; video editing skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for monitoring brand presence online.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, and web analytics including Google Analytics.
