Social Media and Marketing Intern

Social Media Assistant (Instagram + TikTok) Part Time
Salary: 1,500 AED/month

Beauty Box is hiring a part-time social media assistant to manage our content and posting across Instagram and TikTok. This role is focused on consistent posting, brand growth, and driving bookings and enquiries.

Responsibilities

• Post 4–5 times per week (Instagram + TikTok - (Same content can be used across both platforms.))
• Upload Stories 4–6x per week
• Plan weekly content schedule
• Create and schedule content
• Edit content that will be provided to you
• Write captions + hashtags + strong call-to-actions
• Keep the page organised (highlights, pinned posts, offers)
• Help direct traffic to bookings / enquiries

Content Creation

• You will attend 1–2 content days per month in the salon to batch film content
• Most content will be repurposed across both platforms

Bonus Skills (Preferred, not required)

• Running Instagram ads / boosting posts
• Basic website updates (offers, banners, simple edits)
• Influencer outreach / collaborations

Requirements

• Experience managing social media for beauty brands is preferred
• Strong editing + consistency is a must
• Organised, proactive, and reliable
• Dubai-based preferred
