Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing and Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and analytics to optimize campaigns and foster relationships with our online community.

Duties

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create engaging content across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities through social listening.
• Analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and web analytics to measure the success of campaigns.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Advertising to increase reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing content using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Conduct keyword research to enhance SEO efforts and improve organic reach.
• Utilize scheduling tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer for efficient content management.
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage relationships within the online community.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and e-commerce.

Skills

• Proficient in SEO techniques and social media marketing strategies.
• Strong skills in content creation, proofreading, branding, and public relations.
• Familiarity with graphic design principles; experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
