Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of social media trends and tools.
Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create compelling content that aligns with brand messaging and engages target audiences through effective storytelling.
- Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to optimize content for search engines and improve visibility.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities through social listening.
- Analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and web analytics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Advertising to maximize reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Conduct proofreading of all content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Foster relationships with influencers and key stakeholders in public relations to enhance brand visibility.
- Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles and experience in content creation.
- Familiarity with video editing software for creating engaging video content.
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of branding principles and experience in e-commerce marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from web analytics tools.
- Exceptional written communication skills with attention to detail for proofreading content.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $46,788.31 - $56,347.21 per year
