Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media marketing, digital marketing trends, and the ability to create engaging content that resonates with our audience. This role involves managing our social media presence across various platforms, enhancing brand awareness, and driving engagement through innovative campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across social media platforms.
  • Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to optimize content for search engines.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends and conduct social listening to gauge audience sentiment.
  • Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to refine strategies.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Advertising to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing content using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster relationships through effective relationship management.
  • Conduct proofreading of all content to ensure high-quality standards before publication.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media management and digital marketing.

Experience

  • Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and other social media management applications.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and how they integrate with social media strategies.
  • Skills in graphic design and photography are highly desirable for creating compelling visual content.
  • Experience in public relations is a plus, as it enhances the ability to manage brand reputation effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
