Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and digital analytics, along with the ability to manage relationships and foster community engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging content tailored to each platform that aligns with brand messaging and marketing goals.
- Utilize tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling posts and managing social media accounts efficiently.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities through social listening techniques.
- Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Conduct keyword research to optimize content for SEO purposes and improve organic reach.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Advertising to enhance brand visibility.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner while fostering positive relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, public relations, and branding to inform strategy development.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in content creation, graphic design, and video editing skills; familiarity with photography is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with keyword research tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in all written communications.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is advantageous.
