We’re a fast-growing Texas-based company serving over 300 restaurants and thousands of BBQ enthusiasts nationwide—and we’re looking for a skilled Marketing & Brand Manager to help take our brand to the next level.

Position Overview

We’re seeking a hands-on Marketing & Brand Manager to lead all digital marketing and brand growth efforts. This role requires a self-starter who can strategize, create, and execute across multiple platforms to drive measurable results.

This is a salary position requiring a strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, both in and out of the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all digital marketing channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and email/SMS marketing
• Manage Google Analytics, performance tracking, and data-driven campaign optimization
• Create, edit, and publish digital content across web and social platforms
• Maintain and grow social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels
• Foster audience engagement and relationships across online communities
• Collaborate with leadership to develop brand identity, messaging, and creative strategy
• Track KPIs, report results, and continuously improve ROI across all campaigns

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing full-scope digital marketing for one or multiple brands
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Shopify
• Strong content creation and editing skills (photo, video, and copy)
• Experience managing social media engagement and brand communities
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies in real time
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills

Work Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (on-site, Seguin, TX)
• Additional hours outside standard schedule as needed (approx. 55–60 hrs/week)
