We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is essential in driving our brand's online presence and engagement through innovative marketing strategies and effective social media management. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms.
- Create compelling content tailored for different audiences, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and goals.
- Utilize SEO techniques to optimize content for search engines, enhancing visibility and driving traffic.
- Conduct social listening to monitor brand sentiment and industry trends, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Manage social media accounts using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite for scheduling, analytics, and graphic design.
- Oversee public relations efforts, crafting press releases and managing media relationships to promote brand initiatives.
- Analyze web analytics through Google Analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support e-commerce initiatives through targeted marketing efforts.
- Engage in keyword research to inform content creation and improve search engine rankings.
- Produce high-quality visual content including photography, video editing, and graphic design for various marketing channels.
- Proofread all content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other tools within the Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design needs.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms including Facebook Advertising, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of branding principles and experience in developing cohesive brand narratives across digital platforms.
- Familiarity with e-commerce marketing strategies is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Exceptional proofreading abilities with attention to detail in all forms of communication.
