Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence across various social media platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a passion for digital marketing to drive engagement and growth.

Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create compelling content across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to optimize content for search engines.
  • Engage in social listening to monitor brand mentions and industry trends, responding appropriately to enhance public relations.
  • Manage social media accounts using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite for scheduling and content creation.
  • Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Conduct photography sessions for promotional materials and social media posts.
  • Oversee e-commerce marketing initiatives to drive online sales through targeted advertising campaigns, including Facebook Advertising.
  • Proofread all content to ensure high-quality standards are met before publication.
  • Foster relationships with influencers and partners to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and public relations strategies.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms is a plus.

This will be an entirely remote position. You will be your own boss, with a completely flexible schedule. Lots of opportunity for successful brand growth including bonus and commissions.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From $500.00 per month
