We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and highly organized Social Media and Marketing Manager to tell our story, showcase our work, and drive lead generation through powerful digital and traditional marketing channels.
Position Summary
The Social Media and Marketing Manager will be the chief storyteller and brand advocate for Black Creek Enterprises. This role is responsible for the overall development, execution, and analysis of our digital marketing strategy, with a heavy emphasis on social media content creation and community engagement. The successful candidate will leverage our portfolio of stunning homes and cabins to increase brand visibility, drive website traffic, and generate qualified leads for our sales team.
A. Social Media & Content Strategy
- Develop and Execute: Create and manage a comprehensive social media strategy across key platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging visual and written content, including project progress photos/videos, virtual home tours, before-and-after transformations, team spotlights, and customer testimonials.
- Community Management: Actively monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews to foster a positive online community and provide excellent digital customer service.
- Advertising: Plan, execute, and manage paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads) with a focus on geo-targeting to drive qualified leads in North Central PA.
B. Marketing & Lead Generation
- Website Management: Maintain and update website content (e.g., project portfolio, blog posts, service pages) with a focus on SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
- Lead Nurturing: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure social media efforts seamlessly integrate with lead generation funnels and CRM systems.
- Marketing Collateral: Design and maintain company marketing materials, including digital brochures, presentation templates, and newsletters.
C. Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze Performance: Use platform analytics and Google Analytics to track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of all social media and digital marketing campaigns (e.g., engagement rates, website traffic, conversion rates).
- Strategy Refinement: Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies, test new content formats (especially video), and continually optimize performance.
Preferred Experience
- 3+ years of professional experience in a Social Media, Marketing, or Content Management role.
- Proven experience managing social media for a home builder, real estate, construction, or related service-based industry is highly preferred.
- Demonstrable experience creating visually compelling content (photo editing, basic graphic design using tools like Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing for social media).
- Solid understanding of social media advertising platforms (Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager) and marketing funnels.

Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: $18.00 - $32.00 per hour
