Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to develop and execute engaging digital marketing strategies across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our brand’s online presence, creating compelling content, and leveraging analytics to optimize performance. This role requires a strong understanding of social media marketing, branding, and digital tools to enhance audience engagement and drive business growth.

Duties

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer.
  • Design visually appealing graphics and videos utilizing Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software.
  • Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns including Facebook Advertising to increase reach and engagement.
  • Analyze web analytics and social media metrics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Engage with followers through relationship management techniques to foster community growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on branding initiatives and content creation for e-commerce platforms.
  • Maintain consistency in brand voice and messaging across all digital channels.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with branding standards.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in social media marketing, SEO, keyword research, and digital marketing best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
  • Strong skills in graphic design, video editing, photography, and content creation.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Hootsuite, Buffer (application), Google Analytics, and other social media management tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO strategies, keyword research, social listening tools, and web analytics platforms.
  • Experience with Facebook Advertising campaigns and e-commerce integration is a plus.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze data to inform strategy adjustments and optimize campaign performance.
  • Strong communication skills for relationship management and public relations activities.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative content that aligns with brand identity. Job Type: Contract

Pay: $45,467.83 - $54,756.95 per year
