Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and analytics to optimize campaigns and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Create engaging content tailored to each platform that aligns with brand messaging and marketing goals.
  • Utilize tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite for scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Conduct social listening to monitor brand mentions and industry trends while responding to audience inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on public relations initiatives and e-commerce campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
  • Perform keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic reach.
  • Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Manage relationships with influencers and partners to expand reach and engagement.
  • Oversee graphic design projects using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for promotional materials.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, video editing techniques, and photography best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in social media tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator).
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and web analytics.
  • Excellent content creation skills with a focus on branding and relationship management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on public relations and community engagement.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
  • Experience in video editing is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $400.00 - $800.00 per week

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
