Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze performance metrics to optimize content. As well as assisting receptionist to help complete some general office tasks.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging content that aligns with brand messaging and resonates with target audiences.
- Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to enhance visibility and reach on social media channels.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including Facebook Advertising, ensuring effective budget allocation and performance tracking.
- Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities through social listening and relationship management.
- Analyze web analytics using tools like Google Analytics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Oversee content creation efforts, ensuring high-quality standards through proofreading and editing.
- Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and branding to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Manage scheduling and posting of content using tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer for efficient social media management.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing past work.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and video editing software.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing principles, public relations strategies, and branding techniques.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) for measuring campaign performance.
- Excellent written communication skills with an eye for detail in proofreading content.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to manage projects independently.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms is a plus.

Pay: $600.00 - $800.00 per month
