We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media and Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic social media marketing plans aligned with company goals.
- Manage daily operations of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, tiktok.
- Create engaging multimedia content including graphics, videos, and photography utilizing Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
- Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to enhance content visibility and web traffic.
- Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on customer sentiment and industry trends.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Manage public relations efforts to maintain a positive brand image across digital channels.
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns such as Facebook Advertising to maximize reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on branding initiatives and e-commerce strategies.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, consistency, and brand voice before publication.
- Cultivate relationships with influencers, partners, and customers to strengthen brand loyalty.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video editing tools.
- Hands-on experience with social media management platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with social listening tools and public relations strategies.
- Ability to create compelling visual content including photography and graphic design.
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads Manager.
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in branding consistency.
