Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. This role involves developing and executing innovative social media strategies, managing brand presence across multiple platforms, and driving engagement through compelling content creation. Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Create engaging content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and photography that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Utilize tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software to produce high-quality visual content.
  • Manage social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback.
  • Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to improve content visibility and web traffic.
  • Oversee social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and other scheduling applications for consistent posting.
  • Implement Facebook Advertising campaigns and analyze their performance using Google Analytics and web analytics tools.
  • Engage with followers to foster community relationships and manage public relations efforts online.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support branding initiatives and e-commerce activities.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication.

Experience

  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong skills in graphic design, photography, video editing, and content creation.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices, Google Analytics, keyword research, and web analytics tools.
  • Experience using social media management platforms such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
  • Knowledge of Facebook Advertising campaigns and public relations strategies.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) along with other relevant digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to analyze data insights to optimize campaigns and improve engagement metrics.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
