In-House Marketing Manager (Full Time) – Flooring Company

About Us
We are a fast-growing local flooring company looking for an experienced, full-time, in-house Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our advertising, branding, social media, and lead generation. Your single mission: grow our company from $2.5M to $10M+ and make us the #1 flooring choice in Washington State.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on position that combines digital marketing, content creation, local outreach, lead generation, and brand management. If you want to directly impact the growth of a company—and not manage multiple clients—this is the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Run and manage all digital marketing (social media, paid ads, SEO, website updates).
• Create photo/video content from job sites (before/after, reels, stories).
• Build campaigns targeting high-end customers and neighborhoods.
• Execute local marketing: flyers, door-to-door outreach when we’re working in a neighborhood, events, partnerships.
• Increase inbound leads and keep our install crews fully booked.
• Manage online reviews and reputation.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven marketing experience (home services or trades a plus).
• Strong digital and social media skills.
• Creative, self-driven, and comfortable working independently.
• Someone who wants to build a brand—not just “do tasks.”
• Photography/video skills helpful.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
