Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media and Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and enhance our brand presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social media management, content creation, and digital marketing strategies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our online identity, engage with our community, and drive business growth through creative campaigns and data-driven insights. This is for three separate companies, managing the social media marketing. Engaging with post, collaborators, using hashtags.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Manage daily social media activities including content scheduling, posting, and community interaction using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
  • Create compelling multimedia content including graphics, reels, videos, and photography utilizing Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
  • Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
  • Implement SEO best practices and keyword research to optimize content for search engines and improve organic reach.
  • Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and other tools to measure campaign performance and ROI.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager and other platforms to target specific audiences effectively.
  • Coordinate public relations initiatives to enhance brand image through media outreach, press releases, and community engagement.
  • Oversee branding consistency across all digital channels while supporting e-commerce initiatives through targeted campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand voice before publication.
  • Maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and stakeholders to foster collaboration opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video editing tools.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO techniques, Google Analytics, web analytics tools, and keyword research strategies.
  • Experience with social listening tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer for managing multiple platforms efficiently.
  • Familiarity with Facebook Advertising and other paid social media advertising platforms.
  • Excellent graphic design skills with an eye for visual storytelling.
  • Ability to create engaging content including photography and video editing.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms is a plus.
  • Exceptional proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze data insights to inform strategic decisions in digital marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for a creative professional passionate about leveraging digital channels to build brands and connect with audiences in meaningful ways.

Pay: $900.00 - $1,500.00 per month
