Position Overview

The Senior Social Media Manager will lead the strategic direction, execution, and

quality of all social media initiatives for the organization. This role is responsible for

developing data-driven strategies, managing content production, ensuring brand

consistency across platforms, and coordinating influencer collaborations. The ideal

candidate is a senior-level professional with strong leadership, creative judgment,

and a deep understanding of digital engagement and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

 Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with

business objectives and brand identity.

 Oversee daily social media operations including content planning, scheduling,

publishing, and performance tracking.

 Lead the end-to-end content production process, ensuring creative quality,

timeliness, and brand alignment.

 Conduct quality checks across all social media outputs to maintain consistency

and excellence.

 Collaborate with internal departments to ensure cohesive messaging and

integrated campaign execution.

 Manage and coordinate influencer partnerships, including outreach,

negotiations, and campaign performance evaluation.

 Analyze platform performance and generate reports with insights, benchmarks,

and optimization recommendations.

 Stay updated on emerging trends, platform features, and best practices to

ensure continued innovation and effectiveness.

Qualifications

 Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management, digital

marketing, or a related field.

 Proven expertise in social media strategy development, campaign

execution, and content production.

 Strong experience managing influencer collaborations and content creator

partnerships.

 Advanced proficiency with key tools and platforms, including:

o Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, YouTube

Studio

o Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro,

Illustrator)

o Scheduling Tools: Buffer, Metricool, Later, or Sprout Social

o Project Management Tools: Asana, Trello, or ClickUp

 Excellent understanding of performance metrics, analytics, and social

algorithms.

 Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

 Strong attention to detail and creative storytelling abilities.

 Must be based in or willing to work onsite in Orange County, California.

Preferred Skills

 Experience producing and managing short-form content (Reels, TikToks,

YouTube Shorts).

 Familiarity with AI content tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Gemini) and data

visualization tools.

 Knowledge in SEO principles, brand marketing, and cross-platform

audience engagement.

 Prior experience overseeing nationwide influencer campaigns and

collaborations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $5,000.00 per month
