Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media and Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies, managing brand presence across platforms, and creating engaging content to increase visibility and engagement. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in digital marketing, content creation, and analytics, with a keen eye for branding and public relations. Duties

  • Develop and implement strategic social media marketing plans across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Manage daily social media activities including content scheduling, posting, and community engagement using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
  • Create compelling visual content utilizing Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to enhance brand storytelling.
  • Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to improve organic reach and search engine rankings.
  • Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience preferences and industry trends.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital channels to maximize reach and ROI.
  • Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Coordinate public relations efforts to maintain a positive brand image through media outreach and community engagement.
  • Oversee branding initiatives ensuring consistency across all digital platforms and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and product development to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand voice before publication.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in social media marketing, digital marketing tools, e-commerce strategies, video editing techniques, photography, and web analytics.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar graphic design tools.
  • Strong knowledge of social media management platforms such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
  • Experience with Facebook Advertising campaigns and other paid social media advertising tools.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools.
  • Excellent content creation skills including writing, editing, photography, video editing, and proofing.
  • Ability to analyze data insights to optimize campaigns effectively.
  • Strong relationship management skills for engaging with audiences, influencers, media outlets, and partners.
  • Knowledge of branding principles and public relations strategies.
  • E-commerce experience is a plus for integrating marketing efforts with online sales channels. This role is ideal for a creative professional passionate about leveraging digital platforms to grow brand awareness while maintaining a strategic approach grounded in analytics and industry best practices.

Pay: $45,772.34 - $55,123.68 per year
