Overview
Our Japanese Ramen restaurant is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and enhance our brand presence across various platforms. This role involves developing innovative content, managing social media channels, and executing marketing strategies to engage our target audience effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social media management, digital marketing tools, and branding principles to drive growth and visibility for our organization.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Manage social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback to inform marketing tactics.
- Utilize social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling posts, analytics tracking, and campaign management.
- Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to increase organic reach and improve search engine rankings.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital channels to maximize engagement.
- Analyze web analytics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools to assess campaign performance and optimize future strategies.
- Coordinate public relations activities to enhance brand awareness through media outreach and relationship management.
- Oversee branding initiatives ensuring consistency across all digital platforms and marketing materials.
- Manage e-commerce integrations related to social media campaigns to drive online sales.
- Proofread all content before publication to maintain high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and sales teams to produce compelling marketing assets.
Experience
- Restaurant social media operation experience is preferred.
- Proven experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe Creative Cloud applications, and graphic design principles.
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite and Buffer.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools.
- Experience managing Facebook Advertising campaigns and understanding of e-commerce platforms integrated with social media channels.
- Strong skills in content creation including photography, video editing, proofreading, and branding development.
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage audiences effectively across multiple channels.
