Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives. This role is essential in enhancing brand visibility, engaging with our audience, and driving growth across various online platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing strategies, with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others to increase engagement and brand awareness.
  • Create compelling content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and photography that align with branding guidelines and marketing goals.
  • Manage social media accounts using tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling, monitoring, and analytics tracking.
  • Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform content strategy.
  • Optimize content for SEO by conducting keyword research and applying best practices for search engine visibility.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital channels to maximize reach and ROI.
  • Analyze web traffic using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the public relations team to enhance media outreach and manage relationship management efforts.
  • Oversee branding initiatives ensuring consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Coordinate with e-commerce teams to integrate marketing campaigns that support online sales efforts.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in social media marketing, digital marketing, video editing, graphic design, and related fields to continuously improve strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Adobe Creative Cloud applications, and video editing software.
  • Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools.
  • Knowledge of Facebook Advertising platform and experience managing paid campaigns.
  • Excellent graphic design skills with the ability to create visually appealing content for various platforms.
  • Familiarity with public relations strategies and relationship management within digital channels.
  • Ability to analyze data insights from Google Analytics and other tools to optimize campaigns effectively.
  • Exceptional proofreading skills with attention to detail in content creation.
