The Role

This is a full-time, in-office position. You’ll be dedicating your full energy during business hours to driving Albany Aesthetics forward. The role is demanding—fast-paced, detail-intensive, and highly creative—but it’s also incredibly rewarding. You will:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that push our brand forward.
• Create polished, on-brand content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more.
• Use data and social algorithms to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion.
• Plan and run campaigns, promotions, and in-house events.
• Track analytics, report performance, and adjust strategies quickly.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with precision.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in marketing and social media management (luxury, aesthetics, or wellness preferred).
• Candidates with med spa or medical aesthetics experience will move to the top of the list.
• A strong creative vision with the ability to tell compelling stories visually and verbally.
• Up-to-date knowledge of social trends, tools, and platform shifts.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• A proactive self-starter who thrives under pressure and in a fast-moving environment.

Pay: $28.00 - $36.00 per hour
