Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase engagement and brand visibility
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with branding guidelines and marketing goals
- Monitor social listening tools to track brand sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activity; leverage insights to refine campaigns
- Manage social media advertising campaigns using Facebook Advertising and other paid promotion tools to maximize reach and ROI
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) for graphic design and video editing tasks that enhance content appeal
- Analyze web analytics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance; prepare reports with actionable insights
- Coordinate with public relations teams to ensure consistent messaging; handle relationship management with influencers, partners, and media outlets
- Oversee social media management platforms such as Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling posts, tracking engagement metrics, and streamlining workflows
- Implement SEO best practices including keyword research to optimize content discoverability across digital channels
- Support e-commerce initiatives by creating engaging product promotions and managing online storefronts
Experience
- Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns
- Demonstrated proficiency in social listening tools, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social media management applications like Hootsuite or Buffer
- Skilled in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite; video editing experience is a plus
- Knowledge of Facebook Advertising platform and experience managing paid campaigns for brand growth
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and web analytics for data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to diverse audiences
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
