Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager with strong SEO knowledge to plan, execute, and optimize our social media presence across platforms. The ideal candidate will align social media strategies with SEO goals to increase brand visibility, engagement, website traffic, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with SEO and marketing objectives
- Create and curate high-quality, SEO-optimized content for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube
- Conduct keyword research and integrate relevant keywords, hashtags, captions, and descriptions into social posts
- Optimize social profiles and bios for search visibility and brand consistency
- Plan and manage content calendars, campaigns, and posting schedules
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build online community
- Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure SEO-friendly messaging
- Analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media insights
- Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, traffic, conversions, and keyword performance
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform algorithms, and SEO best practices
- Manage influencer collaborations and social media ads (if required)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager with hands-on SEO exposure
- Strong understanding of on-page SEO, keyword research, and content optimization
- Proficiency with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout, etc.)
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Ubersuggest
- Excellent written communication and content creation skills
- Basic understanding of HTML, CMS platforms, and blog optimization (preferred)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and reports
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in running paid social campaigns
- Knowledge of content marketing and link-building strategies
- Experience in managing brand reputation and online reviews
- Understanding of email marketing and marketing automation tools
