We're a rapidly growing functional neurology practice on a mission to transform the lives of children with autism, ADHD, developmental delays, and other neurodevelopmental challenges. We also support adults dealing with chronic pain, vertigo, and neurological conditions.

What You'll Do

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategy for clinic expansion
• Lead patient acquisition efforts across digital and traditional channels
• Build and manage marketing budget and ROI tracking
• Create brand positioning and messaging that resonates with families

Digital Marketing:

• Oversee website, SEO, and online presence
• Manage social media strategy and content creation
• Develop email marketing and automation strategies
• Track analytics and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI

Content & Brand:

• Create compelling content that educates and inspires families
• Develop patient success stories and video testimonials
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
• Build educational resources and lead magnets

Community & Growth:

• Develop referral partnerships with pediatricians, therapists, and schools
• Plan and execute community events and workshops
• Support new clinic launches with localized marketing strategies
• Explore creative growth opportunities as we scale

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with clinic leadership on growth strategy
• Collaborate with clinical team to understand patient journey
• Potentially build and manage marketing team as we grow

What We're Looking For

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred but not required)
• Strong digital marketing skills (SEO, social media, email marketing)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative, strategic thinker who can also execute tactically
• Data-driven approach with ability to track and optimize ROI
• Self-starter who thrives in entrepreneurial, fast-paced environments
• Passionate about our mission to help children and families

Preferred:

• Experience in marketing
• Familiarity with chiropractic, functional neurology, or holistic health marketing
• Video content creation and editing skills
• Experience scaling a business from single to multiple locations
• CRM and marketing automation platform experience

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
