Social Media and Marketing Manager

Every Rose Psychiatry is a growing, modern private psychiatry practice with office locations in Lutz and Tampa, Florida. We provide thoughtful, evidence-based psychiatric care in a warm, elevated, patient-centered environment. We are seeking a fun, personable and light-hearted but execution-oriented Social Media & Marketing Manager who understands both the art and science of marketing — someone who can translate clinical expertise into compelling content while also driving measurable growth. This position will allow for healthy creative freedom but will also require the ability to take initiative and develop an effective and efficient workflow structure. Position Overview

This is not a passive content-posting role.

This position requires:

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Creation

• Create and curate compelling, on-brand content for social media platforms
• Film and edit short-form video content
• Maintain brand consistency in tone, design, and messaging
• Monitor engagement and optimize based on performance metrics
• Respond professionally to comments and DMs as directed

Website & SEO

• Write, edit, and publish blog posts on WordPress
• Optimize posts using SEO tools
• Improve website visibility and search ranking
• Edit and update website as necessary

Email Marketing

• Develop and execute email campaigns
• Build and segment email lists
• Track open rates, click rates, and conversion metrics

Paid Advertising

• Manage or collaborate on Google Ad campaigns
• Manage and track social media ad campaigns
• Analyze ad performance and recommend improvements

Community Outreach

• Identify and build referral relationships (therapy offices, primary care, schools, etc.)
• Attend networking events and represent the practice professionally
• Track outreach efforts and referral sources

Strategy & Reporting

• Maintain a content calendar using Metricool
• Provide weekly marketing reports (growth, engagement, leads, conversions)
• Contribute ideas for brand expansion and growth initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Proven social media growth results
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Proficiency with Canva, WordPress, Capcut, Metricool (or similar tools)
• Comfortable appearing on camera and directing filmed content
• Strong understanding of branding and visual aesthetics
• Self-directed and accountable
