Red Beard Plumbing, Heat & Air – Edmond / OKC Area

Are you creative, energetic, and comfortable being out in the field instead of always stuck behind a desk?

Red Beard Plumbing, Heat & Air is hiring a Social Media Content Creator & Manager to help us grow our brand across Oklahoma City and Edmond.

This is not a typical office marketing job. You’ll be out with our technicians, capturing real service calls, installs, before-and-afters, team culture, and customer moments — then turning that content into engaging posts that build trust and drive calls.

We are a fast-growing, family-owned company known for quality work, integrity, and bold branding. We need someone who can tell that story visually and consistently.

What You’ll Do:

Visit job sites alongside technicians to capture photos and video

Create Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and engaging posts

Film before/after transformations and customer testimonials

Write captions that match the Red Beard voice (confident, bold, professional, fun)

Manage posting schedule and track performance

Respond to comments and messages professionally

Help grow our local brand presence

Help with answering phones and scheduling calls when needed

Other clerical duties as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience managing business social media accounts
• Strong photo and video skills (iPhone or camera)
• Comfortable filming in active job site environments
• Skilled with editing apps (CapCut, Canva, Adobe, etc.)
• Understands short-form video trends
• Organized, self-motivated, and dependable
• Has reliable transportation
• Lives in the OKC / Edmond area
