We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Social Media and Marketing Manager to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. This role offers an exciting opportunity to craft compelling content, engage with diverse audiences, and implement innovative marketing strategies that promote healthy eating and sustainable education initiatives.
<Responsibilities>
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and photography that align with our mission and resonate with our target audience.
- Monitor social listening tools to track conversations around our brand, industry trends, and competitors; use insights to refine marketing tactics.
- Manage social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling posts, analyzing performance metrics, and maintaining consistent messaging.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and videographers to produce visually compelling marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
- Implement targeted Facebook Advertising campaigns to reach specific demographics and boost campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve online visibility; analyze web analytics through Google Analytics for continuous improvement.
<Experience>
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Familiarity with social listening tools and analytics platforms such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software for content creation.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, and web analytics.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, public relations strategies, and relationship management within diverse communities.
- Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing campaigns is a plus.
