Job Title: Social Media & Marketing Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media & Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts, grow brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies across social media platforms and other digital channels to increase visibility, generate leads, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.)
- Manage social media calendars and campaigns
- Monitor trends and competitor activities
- Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions
- Track performance metrics and prepare analytics reports
Marketing & Brand Management
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (paid ads, email marketing, influencer collaborations)
- Manage SEO and SEM strategies
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and product launches
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external agencies
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and trends
- Experience with paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and analytics tools
- Proficiency in marketing tools (Canva, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, etc.)
