Latency Studio is a creative studio in Lahore specializing in digital content, branding, and innovative projects. We're looking for a skilled Social Media Marketing Manager to grow our online presence and drive results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
• Create, schedule, and post engaging content (reels, stories, graphics, videos).
• Manage paid ads (Meta, TikTok) to boost leads and ROI.
• Engage with audience, handle comments/DMs, and build community.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with creative team for on-brand visuals.
• Stay on top of trends and competitors.

Requirements

• 2+ years hands-on social media marketing experience.
• Strong portfolio of campaigns/content (share links/examples).
• Proficient in Meta Ads, Canva/Adobe, scheduling tools, analytics.
• Excellent English & Urdu copywriting + creative mindset.
• Lahore-based (on-site).
• Data-driven with proven growth results.
